We thank you for choosing our facility.
All physical therapy treatments are by appointment only. Your appointment is a specific block of time that is reserved for you. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Last minute cancellations and no-shows are very disruptive to our practice. We understand that some cancellations are inevitable, however, the majority of no-shows result from patients forgetting their appointments.
If you do not show up for your appointment, or notify us of your inability to keep your appointment by phone at least 24 hours in advance, the time that has been allotted for your visit cannot be used to treat another patient and is time lost to our office.
With that in mind, in order to serve you better, we have instituted a cancellation policy.
If you cannot make it to your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. This will make your appointment time available for someone else.
1. You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
2. If you cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours notice and up to 4 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a late cancelation fee of $25.00.
3. Any appointments cancelled less then 4 hours in advance and any no-shows will be charged $50.00.
You are responsible for paying this fee; insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments.
If you are late for you appointment, you will be seen as soon as possible, though the office visit may need to be shortened in length to accommodate patients who arrive on time for their appointments.
As a courtesy, when time allows, we make reminder calls for appointments. If you don't receive you reminder call, the cancellation policy still remains in effect.
